Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return or cancellation: Log in to your account, go to your Orders, and follow the returns and cancellations process. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we will refund your original order amount including the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Condition of returned items: Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function.
